Our house made pure butter puff pastry with pork, sage, thyme and fennel. Serve with our tomato relish.. Serves 4.
Ingredients: Pork Mince, Onion, Garlic, Sage, Thyme, Fennel Seeds, Dutch Maggi Seasoning, Egg, Fresh Breadcrumbs, Harvest Puff Pastry (Flour, Butter, Salt)
Heating Instructions: Can be cooked from frozen, but remove from freezer 10 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 200C, brush top with egg wash* (optional) place on a lined tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with Harvest tomato relish. (*egg wash: 1 beaten egg and a splash of milk or cream, mixed well)
