North Run white label is made with finesse in mind, we look for elegance rather than brute force, and handle the wine accordingly. Often first pick of the vineyard, we use clone (R6W28) which provides blue fruit fragrance at lower Baumé, small batch open ferments with a mixture of plunging and pump overs 30% whole bunch for the vintage, wild yeast fermented basket pressed to barrel (20% new).
