Croissant Master class – February 27
Marsha will take you through the process of how we make croissants here at Harvest. She will also take you through the process of making our Harvest Savoury short Crust Tart and supply you with the recipe to use at home.
During the Masterclass, you will be able to get hands on with the making process, rolling your own croissants to take home at the end of the session.
Enjoy a glass of wine, charcuterie board and ham & cheese croissant while learning the art of croissants.

Course starts at 4:30pm, and goes for 2.5-3hrs, 7 places in each group.
