Croissant Master class – February 22


In this you will recieve a glass of Presecco, or a glass of any North Run wine, red, or rosè, and a top up plus Charcuterie on arrival and a Ham & Cheese croissant. You will go home with 1 Pain au Choc, and 2 Classic rolled by yourself.

Marsha will take you through the process of making croissants, she will also take you through the process of making are Harvest Savoury short crust tart and supplying a recipe for the class to be able to use at home. I want to encourage baking and the Croissants are a complex process to try to make. The Savoury Tart is really nice, and many Masterclass participant’s have made this Tart at home.

Course starts at 4:30pm, and goes for 2.5-3hrs, 7 places in each group.
