Confit Pork Belly
10 hour Confit Pork Belly. We’ve done all the hard work for you with our take home confit meats.
Ingredients: Pork Belly, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Thyme, Garlic, Bay Leaf, White Wine.
Heating Instructions: preheat oven to 200C, Take out of bag, put in small oven proof dish, add water until just below skin, place in preheated 200C oven for 30 minutes, then grill for 5-10 minutes, keep an eye on your crackling.
