Confit Duck Legs
We’ve done all the hard work for you with our 3 hour Confit Duck legs. Perfect with our Bean Ragout and Mash. Serves 2.
Ingredients: Duck Legs, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Cumin, Paprika, Salt, Sugar, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Star Anise, Duck Fat.
Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 180C and heat a heavy based frying pan, add the duck fat from bag, place duck legs skin down until skin is crispy. then place duck legs on oven proof tray crispy skin up. add 1cm depth of water then in preheated 180C oven, for 10 minutes or until 65 degrees celsius.
