Harvest Yellow Vegetable Curry
Ingredients: Sweet Potato, Chinese Broccoli, Bok Choy, Chickpeas, Coconut Cream, Kaffir Lime, Shallot, Turmeric, Garlic, Palm Sugar, Galangal, Lemongrass, Red Chili, Shrimp Paste, Fish Sauce, Tamarino Pulp, Water, Salt.
- Preheat oven to 180⁰C.
- Remove outer packaging (black tray is oven and microwave proof)
- Cover black tray with foil and place onto an oven proof tray.
- Heat in oven for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Pierce clear bag.
- Heat on high for 5 minutes or until heated through (heating times may vary between microwaves)
