Beef Cheek Pack
Ingredients: Beef Cheeks: Beef Cheek, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Garlic, Thyme, Red wine, Port, Rosemary, Beetroot, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Pepper. Mash: Dutch Cream Potatoes, Salt, Milk, Butter.
Heating Instructions: Beef Cheeks: Place contents of bag into a heavy base pot with a splash of water and cover. Bring to the boil then turn down to low for 12 minutes. Take off lid and continue to simmer the sauce until it’s glossy and coating the beef cheeks. Mash: Place cotents into a heavy base pan with a splash of water. Heat on high constantly stirring until mash is hot, rich and creamy.
