2 Chocolate Puddings that ooze a Salted Caramel Centre


Take me home and bake me!

Ingredients: Eggs, Dark Chocolate (72% Cocoa Solids), Cocoa Butter, Vanilla, Butter, Sugar, Plain Flour, Milk, Glucose Syrup, Cream, Pink Salt.

Heating Instructions: Before Baking, take the pudding out of the fridge for 15-20 minutes to allow it to come to room temperature, white waiting pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Remove cardboard lid. Bake for 10-12 minutes (fan forced electric oven) or 17-20 minutes (gas oven). When baked, the pudding will have risen and be firm to the touch. After baking, invert the foil cup, serve with ice cream. Enjoy!
